My first retreat ever and it outshined any type of crop I’ve ever been to. There was ample crop space, plenty of tools, plenty of food – really good food and the accommodations were great. …I liked that there wasn’t too much structure so that you could focus on completing your pages. I loved the “dance party” and the midnight sale and all the tools available. I was actually able to really complete a project with journaling!….I will definitely do this again. Yolanda

I just returned from Scrap N the Carolinas retreat in Asheboro...I went as a vendor but BOY did I wish I could have stayed and cropped with everyone! The room was great, the food was yummie and the people were wonderful! I have been to other retreats and I was AMAZED (no shocked! I stood in the door with my mouth hanging open for an hour or so!) at what Pam brings! I can't think of ONE thing that was missing! Can you picture a traveling scrapbook store??? I couldn't but now I can! LOL I heard several of the classes and the place just oozed of creativity! The artwork I saw was amazing. Anyway, can you tell I was impressed?? If you can make future retreats I would suggest you really try!

What a fun weekend! This was my first "Scrap N the Carolinas" retreat but definitely won't be my last. St. Christopher's is a beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful - just wish the food wasn't so good; I think I must have gained at least 5 pounds. It was nice to meet so many nice scrapbookers and exchange ideas. Of course the best thing about the whole retreat was being there with Bonnie, doing what we both love to do together. A very special thank you, Pam, for all your hard work in putting this retreat together and making it all run so smoothly. It was a real pleasure to meet you and your mother and have such a good time scrapbooking, talking, eating, kidding around, but most of all laughing. It was so much fun and I look forward to seeing you again, possibly next May in Greensboro. Best wishes, Linda

Had a wonderful, relaxing weekend in Seabrook. The group of women there were so much fun and very entertaining! The supplies that Pam provides are plentiful so if you forget to bring something, chances are that she will have it! Pam also has great sales on selected products during the weekend. This retreat was extra special to me because my mother and I were able to do what we love (scrapbooking!) the most and spend time together for an entire weekend. Pam is a great hostess and my mother and I plan on attending the 2006 Greensboro retreat! Bonnie

I had a wonderful weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!! The location was just beautiful. I liked the food, yummy. Now I am back to eating my own slop. I liked that it was a casual and relaxed atmosphere and that you could do your own thing. Michelle's class was fun and informative. I'm going to have to stay away from her or I will spend my childs' college fund (all $26.59). I didn't participate in your class, although I wish I did now. I was on a scrap'n roll and didnt want to lose my momentum. I haven't done anything with fibers before that is something I will have to look into. It was great, and I got to wear my pj's. The group of scrappers that attended were just as nice and sweet as they could be and always willing to show you what they were up to and share ideas. It was really cool to see all the embellishments and their uses. I'd have to give the weekend 5 stars! You gotta go to at least one of these crops! Live long and prosper. I have been to several (5) weekend retreats in the PA & MD area. This was my first with Pam and I have to say it was awesome! It was nice to be in a smaller group of croppers, rather than the overwhelming SDV experience. I consider myself a pretty "seasoned" or "experienced" cropper as far as retreats go. In comparison to similar retreats, I would have to say that the experience you provided us was undoubtedly one of the best I've attended and participated in. Even though Bethelwoods was a little on the rustic side compared to other retreats I've attended, it was really kind of neat to have that "camp" experience! Thank you for your welcoming nature, and your letting Rachel and I attend, even at the last minute. Thank you so much for helping Rachel have such a great experience and taking the time & patience with her. She had a great time and felt very welcomed. Thank you for your willingness to do whatever it takes for your croppers (going to Walmart for lamps, Wow!) Just got home from a GREAT crop weekend. We were pampered by both staff & our leader, Pam with wonderful meals, comfortable sleeping & crop room, great lighting (a rarity at a crop) and a lot of fun. Price even included two classes! I highly recommend going on one of their future crops. Since Pam's been going on crops for years, she KNOWS what a cropper wants & needs.
