Q: When Should I register?
A: You should register as soon as possible to reserve your spot. Registration closes 30 days before the retreat. Late registrations will be accepted for an additional $25.00 if the facility permits additions, and if space is available. |

Q: What is included in the price of my retreat?
A: - 6 meals starting with Dinner on Friday night, (9 meals starting with dinner on Thursday night for 4 day retreats) ending with lunch on Sunday. If you have any special dietary needs, please let me know when you sign up. - Drinks and Snacks through out the weekend - 2 nights lodging, unless signing up for the day crops - Your own Crop space for the weekend that you do not have to clean up - Goodie Bag upon arrival - Low key games (that won't interupt your cropping time) with prizes through out the weekend - Use of tools, including a computer and color printer (see tools) - I have a small store in which I offer a 5% discounts off of retail prices. Some Items I sell include cardstock, adhesive, some stickers, LaserScraps, Buttons, Brads, Metal letters, frames and plaques, T-Shirts, and other misc items. - 10% discount coupons for several stores. There is always a local store that offers a discount and I am in the process of recruiting stores through out the Carolinas so you can prepare before leaving. - I offer one class at no charge. Additional classes will be offered at a charge. - 24 hour access to the crop room

Q: What should I bring?
A: In order to get the most scrapping done at a retreat, its best to plan your pages at home. Gather all that you will need for a page layout and put them in a page protector. Scrap N the Carolinas will have some supplies for sale.
You will need to bring comfortable clothing, your personal scrapping supplies, i.e. photos, paper, cutter, adhesive, embellishments, etc. and any other personal items you require (pillow). Temperatures can vary for every individual, and while one person may be cold the person sitting next to them may be hot. It is suggested that you wear layers to accommodate your personal temperature level.
Scrap N the Carolinas will provide water, sodas and snacks such as chips and candy. If you would like to have anything different, please feel free to bring it with you. Also, if you have problems distinguishing between colors in overhead lights, you may wish to bring a lamp. |

Q: When will I hear from Scrap N the Carolinas?
A: When your registration is processed you will receive a receipt via email. Approximately 3-4 weeks before your retreat you will receive information pertaining to your retreat, i.e. directions, contests, door prizes and what to bring. Q: How do I pay for a retreat?
A: Payments are accepted by check or through Paypal. Checks can be mailed to: Pam Lee, Scrap N the Carolinas, 18043 Greyfield Glen, Fort Mill, SC 29715. Please make checks payable to Pam Lee. In addition, you will need to print out a sign up sheet to send in with your payment. Please click here for a copy of the sign up sheet.
If you wish to pay through Paypal, please go the bottom of the page of the retreat you are wanting to sign up for and click on the "Pay Pal" button. This will help me to credit your payment to the correct retreat. Please make sure you copy the sign up sheet into your paypal payment, or forward it to me via email so I can apply your funds appropriately. |

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Refunds will be made through 15 days before the retreat. 15 days or less before a retreat, no refunds will be issued. There is a $25.00 processing fee for all cancellations. |
